Union Wireless
Wireless Open Internet Disclosure

Union Wireless ("Union") is committed to providing high-quality mobile broadband service to our subscribers and to the subscribers of our roaming partners. Union does not inhibit the ability of its customers to access lawful websites, subject to reasonable network management.

Union's Network Practices

Union uses reasonable network management practices consistent with industry standards to manage its network to ensure reliability is maintained, and to minimize network issues. In general, Union neither gives preference to nor delays internet traffic. Union utilizes various methods to ensure no customer uses a disproportionate amount of bandwidth that would impact other customers’ data experience. Union operates a "First In, First Out" network for both inbound and outbound traffic using an "open pipe" approach, and undertakes best efforts to ensure a high-quality online experience for all its customers. As a result, at times of heavy usage, customers may experience delays in downloading or upload files or a sluggish Web surfing experience. Union's congestion management involves overall provisioning of adequate internet backbone capacity to provide service at subscribed data rates and does not involve measures that prefer or prioritize one type of traffic over another. There are no application-specific behaviors.

Union's Wireless Data Network Performance Characteristics and Commercial Terms

Union allows its customers to choose from several rate plans. Information on these plans is available on our website at https://www.unionwireless.com/wireless-plans . The data transfer rate averages approximately 97Kbs and is offered to subscribers in various price and volume combinations as part of their wireless service. Customers can verify speed using a variety of third-party websites such as http://unionwireless.speedtestcustom.com/ , to measure the provisional speeds of Union's broadband service. Such third-party websites are not affiliated with Union and the company does not make any guarantees as to the accuracy of test results obtained through those third-parties. Actual speeds may vary due to area, coverage, compression, among other factors.

Device Restrictions

All phones and devices connecting customers to Union's network must either be provided by Union or otherwise approved. Device attachment rules allow attachment by any unlocked GSM device but prevent attachment by equipment recognized as malicious. More information about the specific devices approved for use on Link to Volte?.

Union offers its wireless broadband customers unrestricted access to all of the lawful content, services, and applications available on the Internet. Security measures are limited to proprietary measures to ensure the stability of the network as a whole.
