To be eligible for Union’s Refer-A-Friends program, customer must:
• Fill out and email completed referral form to Union Wireless at time of activation (no exceptions).
• Not be a current Union Wireless customer and not have had wireless service with Union within the last six months.
• Sign a new two year agreement for service on a current retail wireless plan.
• Be referred by a Union customer currently in good standing. Referring customer must maintain this standing for 60 days following the referral.
NOTE: Union Telephone employees, authorized agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible for this program. Credits may take up to 60-days to appear on bill. This one-time credit only applies to Monthly Recurring Charges and cannot be applied to equipment purchases or any fees or deposits that may be required at the time of activation.
